Joanne has dealt with numerous transactions for one of Ireland’s pillar banks in a wide range of areas, including registration and perfection of security in respect of agricultural lands, wind-farms, and commercial properties such as industrial units, hotels, primary care units, nursing homes, apartment blocks, shopping centres and offices. Joanne has also been engaged to conduct security reviews, advise on proposed security requirements in offer letters, the enforceability of security and to rectify security. She has a proven background in handling challenging work specifically for lenders, meeting strict deadlines and offering practical, legally sound and timely advice.
Joanne has completed the Law Society of Ireland’s Certificate in Banking Law which is an intensive course aiming to provide practitioners with an update on the recent trends in banking and security law in Ireland.
